Recent Work

Most of my recent work is covered under NDA, but I can discuss the work at a high level. These projects include:

Mobile and Web application for education client: I led research, workshops, design and go-to-market strategy, supervising a junior designer for a mobile and Web application, resulting in successful launch and a high ratings in app store
Order management business process redesign for industrial manufacturing client: I led service design workshops to streamline order management, resulting in project extension.
Digital Pricing application for retail client: I led research, UI design and paired with developers to ensure the accuracy of implementation, resulting in a successful launch to price 250,000 unique SKUs in real time
Web and chatbot applications: I worked on multiple products for a federal agency over 18 months, including:
- Contact us form: I led research (exploratory discovery interviews and evaluative usability testing) and UI design for the Web application resulting in successful launch
- Chatbot: I led research (quantitative data) and UI design for a chatbot, resulting in successful launch
- Data platform: I led research (interviews and co-design) and UI design for a clinical decision support platform, resulting in successful MVP; conducted research (synthesizing interview data) and design strategy for Long COVID data platform, resulting in project extension
